Modular Wall
Our modular wall system by Octanorm consists of aluminium extrusions, composite panels and window glazing with a patented locking system. This totally custom built solution has many uses such as complete clean rooms, mini-environments and room-in-room units. As all client requirements are bespoke, we design and build the solution to the exact request thus enabling our customer to have complete flexibility with a future proof system and all components are infinitely reusable. Future edits, amendments and additions to the cleanroom or structure layout can be easily accommodated at any time in the future to ensure the solution is always the best fit for purpose.
Pharmaceutical Wall
Our pharma-wall cleanroom system is a new design by Octanorm which consists of an aluminium extrusion core, metal panels with a pharmaceutical grade anti-bacterial coating and window glazing. This unique system features hidden fastenings, integrated services trunking, and silicone joints. This system when installed with our custom coving solution gives a fully certified clean room system which meets and exceeds the standards for pharmaceutical, healthcare and anti-bacterial applications.
Cleanroom Ceiling System
Our modular ceiling system by Octanorm consists of an aluminium extrusion ceiling grid with an integrated patented locking system. In-fill panels are constructed of steel or aluminium panels with either single skin or double skinned insulated design. As with the wall system our ceiling solution is completely custom built with future flexibility in mind should the client requirements change the design or layout of their cleanroom and is infinitely reusable. The system has been designed to accommodate integrated units such as lighting units, fan filter units and filter boxes. We also offer a walkable ceiling option for any applications where access to plant or services is required above ceiling level.
Softwall System
Our cost effective cleanroom unit consists of an extruded aluminium frame similar to our modular wall system but features anti-static clear vinyl walls either full size or in strip form. The entry and exit is via a strip curtain door which can be positioned along any wall. The complete unit can be both castor mounted and mobile or can be floor mounted and levelled. Each unit is equipped with the required number of ceiling integrated fan filter units and the appropriate number of cleanroom lights depending on the size and classification of the construction. We have a number of standard sizes available in preconfigured kits or they can be custom made to suit our clients specifications.
Laminar Flow Booth (Mini Environment)
Our laminar flow unit consists of an extruded aluminium frame similar to our softwall system and can be either bench mounted or self standing. These units are closed on 3 sides and open at the front with the exception of an optional strip curtain or polycarbonate hinged door. The complete unit can be both castor mounted and mobile or can be floor mounted and levelled. Each unit is equipped a ceiling integrated fan filter unit and a Cleanroom light unit which are positioned accordingly depending on the size of the construction. We have a number of standard sizes available in preconfigured kits or they can be custom made to suit our clients specifications.
